Home / Quality charter / EN 15038 standard
Quality standard EN 15038 is based on two key principles:
1/ Firstly, detailed management of projects: except where otherwise requested by the client, each project begins with the formal signature of a purchase order and ends with a customer satisfaction questionnaire, while the project is tracked strictly from beginning to end. This, the first part of the standard, is applied systematically to all translations.
2/ Revision by a third party is the standard’s second principle. This is required for the translation to be described as "Meeting the EN 15038 standard", it is offered as an option because of the small additional cost it incurs.
However, revision by a third party is strongly recommended since even the best professionals can occasionally make mistakes. Revision, which is recommended by the industry, is therefore an additional quality commitment.
F.A.Q.: when should I choose to have my translation revised (compliance with the EN 15038 standard)?
