• your name
• your company name
• your VAT number
• your address
• your telephone number
• purpose of the document, target audience (wide scale distribution, publication, company communication, website, for consultation by a few colleagues, archiving, etc.)
• types of service required (standard translation, translation which meets the EN 15038 standard, etc.) see the list of services

Important: remember to attach the document(s) for translation, without them, we will not be able to produce a firm quotation. An FTP server can be made available on request if needed for large files.
